Here at CriminologyCareersToday.com we aim to provide a wealth of free resources for those interested in criminology careers. And since obtaining a degree in criminology is naturally the first step, we have published a detailed guide aimed at students and other researchers.
The guide is separated into two parts, and is organized by the type of resource. Following the guide itself is an explanation of our selection process and some thoughts on how students can use the guide.
This project began as a final paper for a course in “Information Sources in the Social Sciences” at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Graduate School of Library and Information Science. It has been adapted slightly to better fit the aims of this website. I hope you find it useful!

The Division on Women and Crime website is more up to date and includes more resources than the critcrim page. The division is larger and more active as well, and more welcoming to students.
